Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. You must have a Yoto account to be eligible to enter our loyalty programme
2. You can only earn tokens when you complete actions set by Yoto (see Earn Tokens section here). Yoto reserves the right to change the actions and number of tokens associated to a specific action at any time.
3. You cannot earn Tokens on orders for Yoto Club subscriptions.
4. You can use your Yoto Club discounts alongside Yoto tokens when placing an order (excluding orders of Yoto Club subscription).
5. Yoto Tokens expire 1 year after your most recent purchase.
6. You can only redeem tokens at Yoto Websites.
7. Referral codes or tokens cannot be shared between Yoto websites (i.e if you are purchasing from our USA store, you cannot refer a friend purchasing from our UK store, you also cannot redeem Tokens on another Yoto store from the one linked to your account.
8. Tokens cannot be added to your account after a purchase has been made on Yoto-owned properties or any other merchant sites. You must make a purchase on a Yoto-owned website and own a Yoto account to get rewarded.
9. Tokens cannot be transferred to another Yoto account.
10. Tokens cannot be redeemed after a purchase has been made.
11. Tokens redeemed are not re-credited if an order has been cancelled or partially refunded.
12. Tokens cannot be redeemed if another promotional offer is on.
13. Referral codes cannot be used if another promotion is on.
14. Shipping costs are calculated after discount codes or tokens have been applied.
15. We do not allow the sharing of referral codes in the following places: any websites, including Coupon sites, social media, advertisements or reviews, and other third party sites and marketplaces such as eBay. If codes are found on any of the above, we reserve the right to cancel those accounts and remove any associated tokens.
16. For the avoidance of doubt, Yoto Affiliates cannot hold both an Affiliate and a My Yoto Tokens account. Separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions will apply, as set out directly with Yoto.
17. Programme live date on au.yotoplay.com is 2 March 2021. Tokens will be accumulated from that date.

Instagram Competition Oct 31 - Nov 3rd, 2025

T&Cs apply: Yoto Limited is the promoter of this giveaway, which starts on 31st October 2025 and will close on Monday 3rd November 2025 at 11:59pm (AEDST). This giveaway is open to Australian residents who have reached the age of majority in their country or state of residence. To enter, participants must comment on the @yotoplay_au and @thewiggles official giveaway post with which song from The Wiggles they think Wags is 'lost' in. Each person can comment multiple times to increase their entries.

Please note that any entries containing inappropriate or offensive language may be disqualified at our discretion.

There are five identical prizes available, each including: 1X Yoto Player, 1X Fruit Punch Adventure Jacket, 1X The Best of The Wiggles, 1X The Wiggles Sound System, 1X Wiggle Up 'Giddy Up', 1X Wiggly Nursery Rhymes. The five winners will be randomly selected from all correct entries via prize draw to receive one prize each. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The winner will be contacted by @yotoplay_au through Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Yoto confirms that this giveaway is conducted in line with Instagram’s Terms of Service. Your details will not be used for any other purpose or passed onto any third parties unless specified. Winners’ details may be shared securely with a third party to fulfil the dispatch of giveaway prizes. Yoto will only use your email address and other personal information provided when entering the giveaway as outlined under relevant privacy legislation. We may be required to publish certain information about the prize winner, such as their name and country. If you would like to object to this, please let us know via Instagram direct message.
