How do I spend my Club Credits?
- Log in to your account on the Yoto website
- Choose from 850+ cards in the Yoto Club Collection here
- Credits are automatically applied to the most expensive eligible items in your basket
- Please note, Yoto Club Credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued. We’ll let you know via email if you have credits due to expire soon.
Can I choose not to spend my Club Credits on a card?
Yes, you sure can. If you’d rather pay for a card instead of redeeming a Club Credit, just untick the checkbox next to the card in your basket.
How do I browse the digital content I get with Yoto Club membership?
If you’re a member:
- Open the Yoto App
- Head to Discover > Yoto Club Collection to explore
If you’re not a member:
- Explore some of our award-winning Yoto Originals titles in the Card Store, or
- Start a free trial of the Explorer plan and visit Discover > Yoto Club Collection in the Yoto app
How do I add digital titles to Make Your Own cards?
- Open the Yoto App
- Choose your audio
- Add it to a playlist

What are Club Credits?
When you buy Yoto Cards with Club Credits, you get them at a discounted rate. And with over 850 titles to choose from, you can save on almost the entire Yoto Card Store—including big names (like Disney), best sellers and even brand new releases!
Most cards are priced at 1 Club Credit. Some individual cards and packs are 2+ Club Credits
With Collector and Collector+ monthly memberships receive credits each month, or with annual membership, receive all your Club Credits in one big Yoto Club payday.
What are Yoto Originals?
Yoto Originals are titles made in-house by our wonderful studio team.
We work with world-class authors, educators, musicians and sound artists to create inspiring audio for kids of all ages. Explore over 200 titles including best sellers like BrainBots, Let's Move, plus new titles added each year!
What’s the members-only content?
In the Yoto app, you’ll find content that’s only available to you if you’re a Yoto Club member.
Content includes: Yoto Originals stories, soundscapes, timers and more.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
- Log into your account on the Yoto website
- Click on "Yoto Club"
- Edit Your Subscription
- Select ‘Cancel subscription’
What happens to my Club Credits if I cancel my membership?
Yoto Club Credits expire 12 months from the date they are issued, and we will let you know via email if you have credits due to expire soon so you do not lose them.
You can check how many Yoto Club Credits you have any time by logging into the “My Account” section and selecting Yoto Club.
What happens to my “Make Your Own” cards if I cancel my membership?
At the end of your active subscription period, all titles that you added to Make Your Own cards, from the content available as an Explorer Yoto Club member, will be deleted from your Make Your Own cards.
If you rejoin Yoto Club, you’ll have to relink club content to your Make Your Own cards (thankfully, it takes seconds).
Why can't I subscribe to a Yoto Club membership offering credits?
Yoto Club memberships, Collector and Collector+ which offer credits to spend on cards, are only currently available in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Club Credits will expire 12 months from the date they are issued. We’ll let you know via email if you have credits due to expire soon.
